1. Black tea 10g
2. Creamer 40g
3. Fructose 2oz
4. Raw tapioca pearls 100g
1. Pour hot water 400cc into the pot with black tea 10g, filter the leaf when 15min is up.
2. Boil 800cc water, then pour 100g tapioca pearls into the pot. After pearls float up, cook with medium fire for 20 min. Shut down the fire, put the cover on for 20 min. Pour out the liquid, wash the cooked pearls with cold water, filter it and add the sugar.
3. 250cc hot black tea + 40g creamer + 2oz sugar, shake with full cup of ice after stirring, pour into the cup with cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom. enjoy.
