Mango Pomelo & Sago
❶ Make grapefruit jam flavor smoothie.
❷ Blend coconut powder with 100 cc hot water
❸ Shake mango jam, cold water 250cc and a full cup of ice.
❹ Cook sago with boiling water as ratio 1:10 for 10min, and steam for 10 min, then washed with cold water.
❺ Lay the sago at the bottom of cup, pour smoothie, coconut milk, and finally pour mango juice into it.
Bubble Milk Tea
❶ Steeping the tea bag with boiling water for 8 minutes. You can leave it until totally cool down for stronger, bitter taste.
❷ Boil 500cc water first, add tapioca pearls, stir and start counting 25 mins after pearls float up. Then shut down the fire and put the cover on for another 25 mins. Next is important! Wash them with cold water to be chewy and add sugar.
❸ Add creamer into ready black tea and stir until it toally disolve.
❹ Load full cup of ice and sugar into shaker cup, then pour ready milk tea.
❺ Place the tapioca pearls in the bottom of drink cup, add shaked milk tea. Enjoy your good time!
