Matcha Boba Milk Tea

Ingredients:

• Matcha powder 20g
• Creamer 30g
• Fructose 2oz
• Hot water 250cc
• Ice cube full cup

Steps:

1. Mix matcha and creamer in hot water
2. Add fructose and full cup of ice
3. Shake and load into the cup with ready-cooked tapioca pearls
4. Enjoy

Boba Milk Tea

​Ingredients:

• Black tea 10g
• Creamer 40g
• Fructose 2oz
• ​Raw tapioca pearls 100g

Steps:

1. ​Pour hot water 400cc into the pot with black tea 10g, filter the leaf when 15min is up.
2. Boil 800cc water, then pour 100g tapioca pearls into the pot. After pearls float up, cook with medium fire for 20 min. Shut down the fire, put the cover on for 20 min. Pour out the liquid, wash the cooked pearls with cold water, filter it and add the sugar.
3. 250cc hot black tea + 40g creamer + 2oz sugar, shake with full cup of ice after stirring, pour into the cup with cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom.
4. Enjoy

Tropical Fruit Tea

Ingredients:

• California fruit jam 3oz
• Water 250cc
• Fresh fruits (if need)

Steps:

1. 250cc water + 3oz fruit jam.
2. Shake with full cup of ice.
3. Pour into the cup.
4. Dress some cut fruits.
5. Enjoy

Popping Ice Tea

Ingredients:

• Black tea espresso 250cc
• Fructose 2oz
• Popping boba 50g
• Rainbow jelly 50g

Steps:

1. 250cc espresso tea + 2oz sugar.
2. Shake with full cup of ice.
3. Pour into the cup with toppings.
4. Enjoy

Wintermelon Tea w/ Grass Jelly​

Ingredients:

• Wintermelon syrup 2.5oz
• Water 250cc
• Grass jelly powder 100g

Steps:

1. Mix 100g powder with 600cc boiling water and store in fridge for solid.
2. 2.5oz syrup + 250cc water
3. Shake with full cup of ice.
4. Pour into the cup with jelly.
5. Enjoy

Rose Black Tea

Ingredients:

• Rose Black Tea 1 small tea bag
• Water 250cc
• Fructose 2oz

Steps:

1. Brew the tea by brewer.
2. Shake with full cup of ice and 2oz sugar.
3. Pour into the cup.
4. Enjoy
