Make a cup of classic Taiwan tapioca milk tea
-Assam black tea 12g
-2.2 Tapioca pearls 50g
-Ice cube full cup
-Boiling water 250cc
1. Prepare tea
Steeping the tea bag with boiling water for 8 minutes. You can leave it until totally cool down for stronger, bitter taste.
2. Cook the tapioca pearls
Boil 500cc water first, add tapioca pearls, stir and start counting 25 mins after pearls float up. Then shut down the fire and put the cover on for another 25 mins. Next is important! Wash them with cold water to be chewy and add sugar.
3. Make milk tea
Add creamer into ready black tea and stir until it toally disolve.
4. Shake with ice
Load full cup of ice and sugar into shaker cup, then pour ready milk tea.
5. Enjoy it
Place the tapioca pearls in the bottom of drink cup, add shaked milk tea. Enjoy your good time!
